The process is simple: each flyer has a barcode which identifies it. During distribution workers are provided with a scanner to easily read the code before putting the flyer in the mailbox and check, through key selection, the type of delivery ( single house, apartment, doorman, coffee shop, etc...) The tool finds the satellite signals and sends the precise location where the copy has been delivered.

Eventually a web page shows, in real time, with the use of maps, all the data on each copy delivered. This means you can now keep track of what you couldn't do yesterday. Thanks to this system sisma gives its clients full vision on the entire journey of their promotional material, by giving the possibility to know exactly:
HOW each flyer is posted. (apartment mailbox, doorman)

WHERE each flyer is posted, as a matter of fact, thanks to the GPS, each delivery will be geograpically tracked down.
WHEN each flyer is posted, actually, the system marks each day with the exact time: hours, minutes and seconds for each single delivery.

Later, a general report is published with data relative to each single city: foreseen quantity, actual quantity reached, the average delivery and iteneraries of workers hired for the operations.
Therefore such system allows the client to verify his/her investment which, for many, represents among graphics, print and distribution the 80% of the advertising budget.
